Safety-First Shuttle Services & Secure Solutions!

  • While the children are riding with Let’s Buggy, their directions regarding safety must be followed, which is our driver’s responsibility at all times.
  • Let’s Buggy offers rides to only registered passengers.
  • Let’s Buggy Vans will adhere strictly to scheduled destinations.
  • Car/Booster seats are mandatory for children under eight unless they are 4’9″ or taller.
  • Please ensure your children are ready for pick-up at the given time. Drivers can only wait up to five minutes from the original pick-up time.
  • Ensure a reliable individual is at home to meet the vehicle before the drop-off time. Extra waiting time will incur charges.
  • Drivers cannot leave the van unattended or announce their arrival by knocking or ringing doorbells. Therefore, please prepare your children to come out promptly upon notification through the Let’s Buggy app that the driver is on their way.
  • Drivers cannot accommodate itinerary changes. Please contact Let’s Buggy representatives via email to communicate any changes.
  • Let’s Buggy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
  • You must promptly inform us if your child will not ride with us or if any scheduled charter trips are cancelled. Please confirm your absence as early as possible by emailing Let’s Buggy representatives to avoid delays in performing other pick-ups and not create worries for your safety.
  • Requesting an alternative drop-off location incurs a $30.00 service charge. Similarly, a $30.00 service charge applies if the driver is required to wait more than 10 minutes for your child. Please plan accordingly and discuss these scenarios with Let’s Buggy representatives.
  • Seat reservations will be only confirmed upon completion and agreement of the application form, along with full payment.
  • We offer monthly packages. Cancellation of reservations is not accepted once parents have made a reservation.
  • Two weeks advance notice is required for terminating services or requesting a refund, subject to a $50 service charge deduction.
  • All transportation services must be prepaid to confirm your child’s schedule. Credit card information is securely stored, and monthly debits occur on the 1st of each month. Receipts are sent electronically via email.
